A esse respeito, o relator Agnaldo Ribeiro apresentou a justificativa de que: \u201cincluir privil\u00e9gios a determinadas atividades poder\u00e1 causar novas batalhas judiciais\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por outro lado, o texto aprovado manteve a exclus\u00e3o do Imposto Seletivo para os servi\u00e7os de telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es.<br><br><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"color: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-size: 1.5rem;\">Congresso Nacional aprova prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o, at\u00e9 2027, da desonera\u00e7\u00e3o da folha de pagamentos<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Congresso Nacional, em sess\u00e3o conjunta das duas casas, votou e rejeitou o veto presidencial quanto ao Projeto de Lei n\u00ba 334\/2023, que prorrogava a desonera\u00e7\u00e3o da folha de pagamentos (CPRB) at\u00e9 31.12.2027.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o da CPRB abrange 17 setores da economia j\u00e1 previstos anteriormente, incluindo comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e confec\u00e7\u00e3o e vestu\u00e1rio; cal\u00e7ados; constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil; call center; empresas de constru\u00e7\u00e3o e obras de infraestrutura; couro; fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos e carro\u00e7arias; m\u00e1quinas e equipamentos; prote\u00edna animal; t\u00eaxtil; tecnologia da informa\u00e7\u00e3o (TI); tecnologia da informa\u00e7\u00e3o e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o (TIC); projeto de circuitos integrados; transporte metroferrovi\u00e1rio de passageiros; transporte rodovi\u00e1rio coletivo e de cargas.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fonte: Zeca Ribeiro\/C\u00e2mara dos Deputados Na sexta-feira (dia 15), a C\u00e2mara dos Deputados aprovou, em dois turnos, o texto final da Reforma Tribut\u00e1ria.
